1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms shall be interpreted as stated below unless the context requires otherwise.

• "Platform" refers to the pusyy888 website and all services provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at pusyy888.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered under a valid name and personal details.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user into their pusyy888 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit or benefit granted by pusyy888 to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to the pusyy888 platform is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below. By registering, you confirm that you meet all of the following conditions:

3 User Account

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This responsibility includes:

• Notifying pusyy888 immediately if the account is believed to have been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Not transferring or sharing your account with any other individual.

Information provided during registration and throughout use of the platform must be true and accurate. pusyy888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

pusyy888 provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed using industry-standard data encryption.

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the account or payment method registered under the same account holder's name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• 200% bonus on the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200. Account balance becomes RM300. Wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another calculation example: A deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM500 (maximum cap). Account balance becomes RM1,100. Wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

Weekly VIP cashback is also available for eligible members, with the cashback rate depending on VIP membership level. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback weekly, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. pusyy888 reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available at pusyy888 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This ensures that every game outcome is fair and free from outside influence.

• Users agree to play according to the specific rules of each game available on the platform.
• Game results recorded by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error is proven to have occurred.
• Any winnings resulting from a software or technical error are void and pusyy888 reserves the right to withhold such payments.
• The use of legitimate betting strategies is permitted, however the use of automated software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

7 User Responsibilities

By using the pusyy888 platform, each user agrees not to engage in the following activities:

• Cheating, falsifying information or using a false identity in any dealings with pusyy888.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Disrupting or attempting to attack the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
• Distributing any unlawful, offensive or objectionable content through the platform's support channels or communication tools.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is within the limits permitted by the laws of the area where they are located. pusyy888 bears no responsibility regarding a user's compliance with local laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

pusyy888 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses suffered by users in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Data corruption or loss of information occurring beyond pusyy888's control.
• Financial losses suffered as a result of a user's own betting decisions.
• Inability to access the platform due to external factors such as internet disruptions or access restrictions by service providers.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, pusyy888 will attempt to restore the game state to the point before the disruption based on stored system records. pusyy888's decision on this matter is final.

9 Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the pusyy888 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

pusyy888 also reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21.

10 Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the relevant amendment are advised to close their account before the amendment takes effect.

11 Governing Law
